About

As a young child I always loved movement and full expression, whether in dance or the theater. When I moved to Austin in 1979 I discovered the practice of Yoga and fell in love!

As a teacher and practitioner of 30+ years, I bring to all of my classes my love of the gift of Yoga, an attitude of compassionate playfulness, and the healing experiences of Traditional Lakota ways and Earth-centered practices, as taught to me by Servando, a Native American healer and elder, for a unique yoga experience like no other!

I believe that Yoga opens us up to the possibilities of discovering the True Self, and I strive to help you awaken your inner guides to awaken your Souls Destiny.

I received my initial 200 hour Hatha teacher training from the Yoga Institute of Houston and have continued to study with a 100-hour training from Dharma Yoga Austin and a 300-hour Kundalini Yoga teacher training as taught by Yogi Bhajan. I have studied Gong therapy with Mehtab Benton and Siri Bahadur Singh and Sat Nam Rasayan with Guru Dev Singh.

In addition to offering regular public classes, I lead workshops in Kundalini and Healing Addictions, Kundalini for Prosperity, Yin Yoga, and more! I also bring my love of music and sound and my students can enjoy the healing benefits of Tibetan sound therapy and Gong therapy in many of my classes.

Ever the student, I strive to continue to learn new modalities and infuse my yoga with these practices to the benefit of all my students, most recently returning to the jungle of Costa Rica to study Goddess work.

Join me on the mat for a fun, invigorating, and healing experince like no other!

Sat Nam and Namasté,
